DraftKings is offering $ 20 billion to acquire UK online sports betting company Enten, people familiar with the matter told CNBC’s David Faber on Tuesday.

According to sources, the offer is mostly in DraftKings’ stock with cash.

Earlier this year, the British games company rejected an $ 11 billion offer from MGM Resorts. Anten said the deal significantly undervalues the company.

MGM and Anten maintain an online sports betting partnership in the United States called BetMGM.

Anten did not return CNBC’s request for comment.
